An integral part of the Milestones program is the Milestones Workbook with Test Preparation.

Each Workbook is aligned with the content of each level of the Milestones Student Edition.

The Workbook activities correlate to and support sections in the Student Edition chapters.

An icon on the Student Edition page indicates their point of use.

Clearly specified at the top of each Workbook page is the corresponding Student Edition page number.

These Workbook pages are ideally suited to homework assignments or independent study during classroom time, if appropriate.

Throughout the Workbook pages, a variety of practice modalities are presented: fill-in-the-blanks, matching, short answers and open-ended writing.

The activities are varied and progress from controlled to more open-ended.
